2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

3. Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Investigate the claim promptly.

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • Notify the user or content provider responsible for the content about the takedown.


4. Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.
Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any U.S. district court where Soojz | The Psychology Corner may be found).

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers.
